We verify the tutor's national ID and match their identity during our verification process.

Good Conduct verified
The tutor provides a valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), which we review as part of our checks.

We contact two people the tutor has previously worked for to hear about their experience working with them.

Interviewed
A member of the Fasal team interviews the tutor about their teaching experience, approach and child safety.

Demo lesson assessed
Tutors complete a 30-minute demonstration lesson so we can assess how they teach and communicate.

TSC registered
For tutors who are trained teachers, we show their current Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration where applicable.
Our checks are designed to give parents more information before they make a booking.
We are not in the room during a lesson. If something doesn't feel right, you can report a tutor through Fasal and our team will follow up.
